All Senior renters (60+) receive a 10% discount on a weeks stay. This discount may only be used for weekly rentals and may not be combined with any other offer.
Snowbird Super Special at A Bay to Remember
Rent October 2, 2010 to January 1, 2011 - a full 13 weeks - for only $4,995 + tax. That is nearly $2,000 off regular rates. This is a fully-furnished 1,877 square foot 3-bedroom house in a gated/guarded community, with cable TV, wireless Internet, free long distance phone service, and wonderful views for the price of a modest discount motel room.
Another Great Snowbird Special at A Bay to Remember
Senior Snowbird Special: Rent any consecutive 8 weeks during October, November, or December, 2010, and deduct $600 from the total cost for two months at regular monthly rates. For example, the cost for 8 weeks during November and December would be $3,190 + tax. This special is available for rentals by 4 or fewer people, one of which must be a senior (60+).
